Paula did well on both days of treatment and since this was her sixth round, the next event will be another bone marrow biopsy on August 30th to see if she's in remission. So keep those fingers crossed and prayers coming and we'll hope for positive results!
Thanks so much for all your thoughts and prayers!

Well, it's been a while since I posted here. So I need to send you a new song, Paula! Here are TWO to make up for me being behind ...

It was great talking to you on the phone last week. Thank you for your prayers for me, and please always remember that mine are with you.
You are a shining light, dear Paula. God's light of love and peace and gentleness TRULY glows from you. I am blessed to call you my friend.
Praying for your upcoming biopsy experience on the 30th. Looking forward to knowing the results!
May the Lord bless and keep you!
Lynn
Paula, I don't think that we have met, but I have known Glenn pretty much since I started working at UMCDF. I have appreciated his friendship a great deal. I won't pretend to know what you are going through, but I have an idea. Our son, Luke, was treated for cancer the first two months of this year. It was a very difficult time for all of us.
ReplyDeleteI will keep you, Glenn, and your family in my daily prayers. I have some great friends who are prayer warriors and I will ask them to pray for you as well.
May the Lord bless you richly.
